Hello Again! MSW Travel Group is proud to be the official travel partner for The 2011 NEWSS tournament which is scheduled for November 26th - November 27th. We have secured discounted hotel rates for your team at major hotels at the best locations. Now that a block of rooms has been reserved for your team, individual names and credit cards need to be provided for each room/family. Below is information on the process for your team to assign individual rooms.
Reservations can be made by submitting a completed rooming list that can be obtained by clicking on the following link: https://www.mswli.com/roomlist.asp
once you have submitted your rooming list we will contact you with rates and availability.
Please note:
- Rooms with two beds are limited; please keep this in mind when selecting room type.
- Reservations cannot be made without a completed rooming list.
- Credit card information is required in order to secure the room and obtain confirmation numbers.
- All hotels have a 72 hour individual cancellation. Anything after the 23rd will require a doctor’s note.
Our office is open Monday-Friday, 9:00am until 5:30pm EST.
Teams participating in NEWSS Tournament MUST (as a condition of acceptance) make all hotel accommodations using housing service. Please contact following:
