General Information
1. State Roster/Member Passes:
All players must be registered with one (1) club. Each team must be registered with a National State association affiliated with the USYS/USSF or national equivalent and must present a valid State or Provincial roster AND duly authorized Member passes for each player participating in the event. Verification must be presented to Tournament Committee representative ONE hour prior to your first kickoff. Failure to do so will result in the team being excluded from participation in tournament.
2. Guest Players:
A maximum of 8 guest players may be used in NEWSS Tournament Roster. A team using guest players must have no more then a total of twenty-two (22) players on roster. All guest players must have proper paper work.
3. US Youth Soccer Permission to Travel:
US Youth Soccer Permission to Travel forms are not required for Region I teams accepted into NEWSS Tournament. Non Region I must
submit forms at NEWSS Registration.
Teams that are members of organization of the United States Soccer Federation but not members of US Youth Soccer (such as AYSO, SAY, US Club Soccer or Super Y Leagues) DO NOT have to have a US Youth Soccer Application to Travel form (although that team’s organization may require that the team have permission.
4. Medical Release Forms:
Its is required that each team’s coach has in his/her possession, a medical release form for each player. The appropriate parent or guardian, authorizing emergency
medical treatment must sign these forms. Your league medical release forms are acceptable.
5. Hotel Accommodations
Teams participating in NEWSS Tournament MUST (as a condition of acceptance) make all hotel accommodations using housing service. Please contact following:

6. College Player Profile Book
The NEWSS Tournament will be preparing typeset and bound “College Player Profile Book” to be distributed to all attending college coaches. All teams who wish to participate can now complete the player profile online!! Player profiles MUST be completed no later then Nov. 15th. Instructions can be found here.

NEWSS Showcase offers commemorative long sleeve t-shirts, hooded sweatshirts, and sweat bottoms for purchase. If your team would like to take advantage of pre-sale opportunity, please fill out merchandise order form and send with accompanying check or money order, no later then Nov.20th, to NEWSS PO Box 0863 Baldwin, NY 11510. Prices for Hooded Sweatshirts will be $40, long sleeves will be $20, and sweat bottoms will be $25.
